Meet Steve Wingo
Steven, a retired attorney and lifelong athlete, began coaching CrossFit in 2013. He has held his CrossFit Level 3 Certification since 2016 and has made coaching and personal training his second career, with over 5000 hours hands on training experience working with a wide range of athletes from novice to advanced. Steven coaches classes, conducts personal training, and provides customized programming for clients in need of programming to fit their specific needs.
Steven particularly enjoys working with and teaching clients who are venturing into weightlifting, CrossFit, and/or exercise programs for the first time or after a long layoff, with the goal of helping them to develop the skills needed to maintain a lifelong healthy lifestyle.

- Author, How to Pass the CF-L3 Exam (CrossFit Journal August 2016)
- CrossFit Coaches Development Program (July 2018 at Reebok CrossFit One)

- Power Monkey Camp (2022)
- CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer
- CrossFit Endurance (Running) Trainer

- StrongFirst Kettlebell Course
- Mental Strength Coach (Warrior Mind Coaching)
- Foundation Training Student Trainer (a core strengthening and rehabilitation program)

Expert Guidance: Steve Wingo specializes in working with clients who are new to weightlifting and CrossFit, or those who are returning after a long break. He will teach you proper form, technique, and how to build a workout routine that works for you.
